Our machining workshop is equipped with modern and flexible machines enabling us to cover a wide range of services. Focusing on our most important asset - our workforce - we are continuously investing in programs, training, tools and machines contributing to keep our valuable competitive edge. State-of-the-art Computer Numerical Control (CNC) turning machines offer flexible manufacturing runs, where high volumes are not required to justify the use of this equipment. A great advantage with this type of machines is that the lead-time for tooling is reduced or non-existent. All that needs to be done is to schedule the work order in our production shop, after the programming of the CNC process is done. Our workshop is also equipped with conventional turning machines in order to fulfil turning operations ranging from needle size to over one and a half meters diameter.

Our latest additions in CNC machines is one large-scale bed-type milling machine, and one lathe with possibility of working in seven different axes. The milling machine offers X-axis travel of 3000mm, cross travel of 1200mm and vertical travel of 1500mm, fitted with the most advanced Heidenhain digital CNC system with an automatic rotating head, rotating table and 3D probe touch for accurate measure within 0,001mm tolerance. The turning machine is equipped with subspindle, Y-axis, bar-feeder and rotating tools.
